Makkah plans to combine economic events

RIYADH: Makkah province is combining various economic events under the Makkah Economic Forum, to be held on May 6 and 7 in Jeddah.
The event, whose slogan is “From Vision to Prosperity: Invest in Makkah,” is being organized by the province in cooperation with the Jeddah, Makkah and Taif chambers of commerce.
The Jeddah Economic Forum, one of the most important economic forums in the region, will be held as part of the one in Makkah, which will offer investment opportunities for local, regional and international businesspeople, especially in the pilgrimage, industrial, logistics, infrastructure and tourism sectors.
By building partnerships between the private and public sectors, the forum seeks to attract some of the best economic experts in Saudi Arabia and the world to share their experiences and views, with a focus on the objectives of the Vision 2030 reform program.
The forum will also promote cooperation, coordination and integration between various sectors under the guidance of Makkahs governor.
He had given instructions to form a committee of experts to discuss ways to unite economic events in a manner that supports Vision 2030. AN
