Saudi Arabia, Bahrain sign air services deal

JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia signed an air services agreement with the Bahraini government during the Bahrain International Air Show on Wednesday.
The agreement was signed by Minister of Transport Dr. Nabil Al-Amoudi and Bahraini Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications Kamal Mohammed.
Al-Amoudi said that the pioneering role played by Saudi Arabia in the civil aviation field reflects the diligent policy adopted by the Kingdoms government, which aims to achieve further growth and development in the sector and extend its cooperation with other states and its commitment to safety and security.
The agreement includes several articles and provisions that guarantee the rights of both sides and ensure air safety and security, among other articles related to commercial opportunities and advertising alliances.
