NEW DELHI/PITHORAGARH: A strategically vital link road in Uttarakhand almost till the high-altitude Lipulekh Pass on the Line of Actual Control with China has finally been completed by the Border Roads Organisation, in a development that will boost troop movement in the border region as well as help pilgrims during the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
