Streaming and on-demand audio service TuneIn selected former NBCUniversal executive Juliette Morris as the companys first chief marketing officer.
Morris will oversee efforts to fuel audience growth and build brand awareness, reporting directly to CEO John Donham. She brings more than 20 years of experience in television and digital media.
Before joining TuneIn, Morris oversaw partner marketing at NBCUniversal, working with distribution partners for a portfolio of TV brands that include Bravo, CNBC, E!, Syfy, MSNBC, USA, NBC and Telemundo. She previously held leadership and brand marketing positions at Viacom and HBO/Cinemax.
“Having worked with some of the most pre-eminent entertainment brands, Juliettes proven success driving tangible results through brand, partner and performance marketing makes her an invaluable addition to TuneIn as we focus our efforts on content, platform and audience growth,” Donham said in a statement.
Morris will be based at TuneIns San Francisco headquarters.
