Applying for cybersecurity studies abroad begins Sunday for Saudi Arabians

RIYADH: Applying for scholarship programs in cybersecurity will start on Sunday as per King Salmans Foreign Scholarship Program with specialization in this sector.
The step is part of an agreement between the National Cybersecurity Authority and the Ministry of Education in this regard, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Applications are to be submitted on this link: KSP.MOE.GOV.SA
According to the deal signed recently, as many as 1,000 young Saudis will benefit from this program to pursue cybersecurity related studies.
This will be carried on a period of five years, with 200 Saudis sent abroad each year.
The program offers bachelors, masters and PhD degrees in the United States, Canada and Britain.
The seats are divided into 60 seats for bachelor degrees, 100 for master programs and 40 for PhD scholarships in cybersecurity, computer networks and artificial intelligence.
