Cong writes to govt for advisory on TV debates

NEW DELHI: Following the death of its spokesman, Rajiv Tyagi, after a cacophonous TV debate, Congresss Jaiveer Shergill on Thursday wrote to the I&B minister Prakash Javadekar for a code of conduct to “tame the slanderous beast” that television debates have become.
