Tuesday at a press conference, Rep Jackie Speier (D-CA) said President Donald Trump tweet saying Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) would “do anything” for campaign contributions was “grotesque” and “represents the conduct of a person who is ill-equipped to be the president.”
Speier said, “What took place this morning when the president tweeted about our colleague, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is grotesque, it took my breath away, and it represents the conduct of a person who is ill-equipped to be the president of the United States.”
Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!
