In an interview with MSNBC’s Joy Reid, attorney Lisa Bloom said her claim that money sought for stories of alleged Donald Trump sexual harassment victims that was for relocation and security was in no way associated with Hillary Clinton nor her campaign.
“Donors reached out to us and said, ‘My God, what can we do to help her or other women come forward? They’re in fear, we have this very unequal playing field here,’ and we discussed arranging for security and relocation services for any women who wanted it. I was in contact with another woman who never did come forward, and I relayed those offers to her,” Bloom told Reid on her Sunday “AM Joy” program.
Bloom continued, “I want to be very clear: Neither Hillary Clinton nor anyone from her campaign was associated with any of those offers for relocation and security.”
