Germany’s vice chancellor refuses to rule out sanctions on Russia over Navalny poisoning

Olaf Scholz, vice chancellor and finance minister of Germany, speaks to FRANCE 24 amid growing tensions with Russia over the poisoning of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny.
