Covid: Delhi more “open” than Mumbai

NEW DELHI: With Unlock 5.0 underway from October 15, more businesses and recreation spots are opening up again. Schools and offices, however, are still largely closed or operating with restrictions. Out of 17 cities assessed by TOI, Patna is the most ‘open’ while Kochi has the maximum restrictions still in place. Among metropolitans, Delhi is more 'open' than Mumbai.
