Covid-19: Francophonie chief calls for ‘moratorium’ on Africa’s debt, not cancellation

In an interview with FRANCE 24 and RFI, Louise Mushikiwabo, the secretary general of La Francophonie, explained that Africa has been "extremely cautious" amid the Covid-19 pandemic from a health perspective, but that it is already suffering the economic consequences.
