Jeddahs Commercial Court chief briefs Makkah governor on streamlined procedures

JEDDAH: The president of Jeddahs Commercial Court, Rami Al-Hazmi, on Sunday called on Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and Makkah Deputy Gov. Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz.
Al-Hazmi, in separate meetings with the two dignitaries, briefed them about the working of the commercial court and its performance following the introduction of various reforms.
They were also briefed about the role of the court, which deals with commercial cases in the Kingdom.
By streamlining commercial dispute judicial procedures, it is expected that it will enhance the business environment, encourage investment and boost economic development, in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy.
