Furious over the intro- duction of three farm ordinances as bills in the Lok Sabha, activists of 11 farmer outfits in Punjab disrupted traffic at 25 places on Tuesday.
In Haryana, too, talks between most farmer unions and the Centre failed. Bharatiya Kisan Union boycotted a meeting with Union agriculture minister in Delhi.
