New gallery in Madinah showcases rare pictures of holy sites

MADINAH: A new gallery showcasing rare photos of the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah was recently launched with the support from the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives.
The gallery is located near the Prophet’s Mosque. People are visiting the venue in large numbers not only to refresh their knowledge but also to gain further insight into the history of these two cities.
For the first time ever, paintings from Istanbul’s Topkapi Palace Museum are showcased.
